By booking an appointment with Defined By Jade, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings
Appointments can be made online, via message, or in person.

A valid contact detail is required for all bookings

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you

Please ensure you select the correct service when booking
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings
We understand that unexpected situations can arise — please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time

Full treatment cost may still apply

If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled
Payments

Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for completed services

Hygiene & Safety

Clients are expected to attend appointments in a clean and hygienic state
Gift Vouchers
